Description:
The ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management is a three-day course intended to introduce trainees to ITIL terminology, structure, and basic concepts, to enable them to understand the basic principles of ITIL practices in IT Service Management.
Target audience:
This course is aimed at individuals who need basic knowledge of Framework ITIL, and who use this Framework to improve the quality of IT Service Management in companies, and also for IT professionals, Business Managers and Owners of Business Processes.
Pre-requirements: Knowledge of English; experience in IT-related functions is also recommended.
