Always with a smile on her face and cherished by everyone, Inês Alves is responsible for one of the most important teams within any company, Human Resources. Now, she celebrates six years with us, and we asked her to choose six photos to mirror her journey at PrimeIT – since 2015 – and to explain the reasons that led her to choose these moments.

1- Get Together

Over the past six years, the challenges have been extraordinary, based essentially on one word: growth. Mutual growth, with daily challenges, constant learning, resilience and, above all, outstanding teamwork! I thank each and everyone who have shared these years with me.

2- Individual recognition programs

Being a Finalist for the HR Director of the Year was a source of great pride for me. It was an acknowledgement of the path taken so far and an added responsibility for the next steps! For me, this award also represents my entire team and the work we have been doing.

3- Company recognition programs

In addition to individual recognition, PrimeIT being recognized as a happy company makes us very proud. Our slogan, “We take happiness very seriously”, is the best way to describe our performance and the path we have taken so far.

4 – Our events, exceptional occasions for the team

At PrimeIT, we excel in our events. These meetings aim to strengthen the bonds that unite us, allowing us to spend quality time and share special moments. In 6 years, I have watched dozens of events, and it is, in fact, difficult to choose a photo that features what each symbolized. I chose this one, with a person who marked these years in this company in a highly positive way!

5 – Our team, a family

I want to highlight the surprise “Baby Shower”, which the team prepared for my farewell before maternity leave. It was a significant gesture for me, marked by the friendship that unites us, in addition to work! And it shows that, at PrimeIT, we are effectively a family and that we treat ourselves as such.

6 – HR Team
