CONTEXT & OBJECTIVE

The team is responsible for ensuring network quality in the area under its responsibility (accessibility, call maintenance, voice, and flow quality), ensuring a radio experience according to the proposed parameters and objectives, and the overall optimisation of the 3G/3G+ network service quality.

Intervention work:

• Carrying out specific technical studies to improve the quality of the 3G/3G + voice and data service;
• Managing the interdisciplinary activities within the team/department.
